How quickly will you reply?
We respond to all queries within 24 hours on business days. Technical issues are prioritised and typically resolved within 4–8 hours.
I paid but can't access my exam. What do I do?
Go to your Student Dashboard → My Exams. If the exam is not listed, email us with your payment screenshot and we'll resolve it within 2 hours.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — we offer full refunds within 24 hours of purchase if you haven't started the exam. After the exam is started, refunds are not available.
Do you offer bulk or institutional packages?

How do I report a wrong question?
Use the "Report" button inside the exam results page. Our content team reviews all reports within 48 hours and credits your account if the report is valid.
